Debbie serves as the manager of “The Hub”, the primary communication link between coaches and the Home Office Staff. She coordinates and tracks all of our coaches and their respective clients, programs and workshops worldwide. She serves as a liaison between several areas of TAI Home Office including travel, finance, and other administrative staff.
Deb is the conduit for information about all coaching activity. She obtains and manages the flow of information related to the life of all contracts from proposal stage to program completion including: coach availability, assignments and utilization; job code assignment, to contracts and tracking client deliverables; to the maintenance of coach calendar; and the records for all client engagements and activities.
Following a teaching career dating back to the 70’s and a brief stint in education publishing, her path led to leading Women’s Peer Support groups and conducting Parent Education workshops as well as acting in, and facilitating improvisational skits and follow up discussion for the Mental Health Association in a variety of community venues.
Just prior to coming to TAI in 2001, Deb was the first Volunteer Coordinator for the newly formed Helen Hayes Performing Arts Center in Nyack, NY bringing an initial small band of 10 volunteers to over 250 during her tenure there.
An avid theatre goer, she resides in West Nyack, NY and has 3 grown kids, all involved in the arts.
