Henry’s significant experience in coaching leaders in the global financial sector has led to long-term client engagements at Blackrock, UBS, PIMCO, and Credit Suisse. He has helped the clients in his portfolio to harness TAI’s brand of experiential learning, empowering them towards effectiveness as leaders and high-level communicators. He has also designed and facilitated multiple workshops in the areas of negotiation, organizational dynamics, and team development.

Henry’s international projects include long-term programs in leadership and communication delivered for The World Bank, The Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey & Company, KPMG, and the Executive and Full-Time MBA programs at Skolkovo – The Moscow School of Management.

In the U.S. his clients include Beazley, Swiss Re, The Federal Reserve Bank, Goldman Sachs, East Side Capital, PIMCO, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Cognizant, New York University, Columbia University and Sony Entertainment.

He has coached individuals on leadership presence from Baker McKenzie, Pernod Ricard USA, Swiss Re, and Yum Foods (KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell). Henry has also done extensive impact and effectiveness work with high-level teams at Phillip Morris International, British American Tobacco, and Rothmans Benson & Hedges.

Henry trained as an actor and director at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, and at Conservatoire ETW in Paris. He has worked professionally as an actor in New York and Paris and appeared in four Off-Broadway world premieres, as well as major independent films.
