Lindy is an executive coach, facilitator, program designer and educator with fifteen years experience in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. She leverages her unique background in business, dance and theatre to nurture leadership and spur behavioral change across a wide range of business segments.
As a consultant, she specializes in C-suite leadership and communication development work, designing and delivering programs for executives and teams at Bertelsmann, The Boston Consulting Group, Corporate Executive Board, Dun & Bradstreet, Elsevier, Hay Group, Johnson & Johnson, Random House, and UBS.
Lindy’s extensive theatre and dance background was fueled by her passion for creating new work, which in turn led to a coaching methodology based on experiential learning and improvisation. Her deep knowledge of language and the art of storytelling results in an exceptional ability to help clients communicate with clarity and passion.
Prior to establishing her consulting practice, Lindy’s strong commitment to outreach and not-for-profit initiatives led her to engagements with The Rockefeller Foundation, The Business Council for the United Nations and the National Endowment for the Humanities.
