Sheila has been associated with TAI for 25 years and joined the staff in 2006. Since then, she has led group workshops at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, and for LEO Pharma, Medtronic and PMI, Hunter Public Relations and EuroRSCG. She regularly runs Storytelling Workshops at NYU’s Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism and Sports Management. Her individual clients include executives from The Boston Consulting Group, Monsanto, Beck’s Hybrids, Master Card, Maritz, CEB, LexisNexis, Cognizant Technology Solutions, NetApp, and New York Life. Sheila regularly leads many of TAI’s open access programs, particularly The Creative Dynamic.
Sheila spent several years at a large public relations firm before coming to TAI. She holds a B.F.A. from the University of Miami and an M.F.A. from Florida State University. A professional actress and singer since the age of 15, she has appeared at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. as well as in New York productions. As a country singer, she performed regularly in Nashville and in her own revue that was originally produced in New York and toured for many years.
