How a global agricultural organization aligned teams, accelerated product delivery and got critical work moving through Catalyst.

A critical product was losing momentum. Two international teams were working in parallel, a key initiative couldn’t secure executive support, and another team was contributing less over time. For a business operating at this level of complexity, delays can quickly become expensive.

The business had the expertise. What it needed was a way to get people working together, making decisions and moving the work forward.

This is where TAI Group’s Catalyst came in. The partnership focused on the real challenges facing the organization, working with 19 participants over six months to change how the work was getting done.

When the work gets stuck

The problems were connected. Teams weren’t aligned, decisions were taking time, and ownership was getting lost between people. Each issue slowed progress. Together, they put critical business outcomes at risk.

Catalyst worked directly on these challenges as they unfolded. Participants brought real work and real decisions into the process, with coaching focused on how they collaborated across teams, influenced senior stakeholders and moved initiatives forward.

The work stayed connected to the business priorities that mattered.

Changing behavior where it counts

The six-month partnership combined a two-day workshop with ongoing one-to-one coaching, a midpoint session and a closing session. Participants worked on the issues affecting delivery, applying new behaviors to the decisions and relationships shaping their projects.

TAI’s G25 Tool tracked behavioral change throughout the engagement. Developed in collaboration with organizational psychology specialists at Columbia University, the framework measures 25 behaviors linked to performance. Assessments at the start, midpoint and close helped TAI identify development needs, focus coaching and track progress.

This gave the organization a clearer view of how people were changing and whether those changes were translating into better performance.

Four months in, the results were showing

Two international teams that had been working separately began operating as one, accelerating delivery on a critical product.

A technical leader identified a structural gap that was slowing execution. The team was reorganized, enabling coordinated delivery and a successful product rollout.

A stalled initiative secured executive buy-in and the resources needed to move forward. Meanwhile, a previously underperforming team became a consistent contributor again, increasing output without additional hiring.

These were tangible changes in how the business operated. Work moved forward faster, teams took clearer ownership, and existing talent delivered more.

Put Catalyst to work on your biggest challenge

Every critical project depends on how people respond when decisions get difficult, priorities compete and progress is on the line.

Catalyst works with your people on the business challenge itself, helping them develop the behaviors needed to move the work forward. The approach is tailored to your goals, your team and the demands of the situation.

What could your organization move forward if your people were better equipped to handle the moments that matter?
